Willow's Landing

Ayres worked with Headwaters Development to design a three-story, 91-unit senior living facility comprising a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with underground heated parking. Unique features were integrated throughout the project that offer an abundance of amenities, including a variety of socializing and gathering spaces. The lodge-inspired clubhouse contains stone columns flanking the pub, a wood coffered ceiling, and expansive windows overlooking the wooded grounds.

Other amenities include a chapel, fitness and wellness center, whirlpool spa, hair and nail salon, library with fireside seating, large activities room, and restaurant-style dining and private dining room. The memory care wing is designed with an open-concept commons space that includes a private dining area, activity space, living area, and breakfast counter.
