Ayres provided construction observation for the reconstruction of South East Avenue through the City of Waukesha. The complete reconstruction included bike lanes on both sides. Work included pavement removal, grading, base aggregate, HMA pavement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer, water main, pavement marking, signing, traffic signals, and decorative lighting.
