Vilano Pedestian Bridge Inspection

Ayres has served as one of St. Johns County’s Continuing Engineering Services consultants since 1999. Projects we have performed under the present contract have included bridge inspections, roadway planning studies and design, intersection improvements, bridge design, miscellaneous drainage improvements, and drainage studies and design. During our tenure as a consultant for St. Johns County, we have performed more than 60 task orders for the County in these diverse areas of engineering expertise.

Twice over the course of this contract, Ayres has provided inspection of the pedestrian overpass over SR A1A. Most recently, Ayres provided St. Johns County a comprehensive hands-on inspection and Pontis reporting of the timber pedestrian bridge near Vilano Beach. The work was delivered in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards and Florida Department of Transportation requirements.
