US 151 Freeway Conversion Study

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Southwest Region, retained Ayres to provide an analysis of the US 151 corridor between Columbus and Waupun in Dodge County. Services included gathering data, coordinating with agencies, meeting with the public, and performing conceptual engineering analysis to determine the feasibility of converting the four-lane expressway into a freeway.
