The Sycamore of River Falls

Ayres’ interior design staff collaborated with the developer, management group, and architect on The Sycamore of River Falls Senior Living. Located within walking distance of downtown, the community includes 68 blended independent and assisted living apartments and 16 memory care apartments. Four villa townhomes with two- and three-bedroom units surround the main building. The residents are welcomed by warm, inviting accents that give way to elegance throughout the community. The concierge desk takes on a refined presence with its accent-lit stone custom desk and wood ceiling details. The large foyer entrance opens to the cozy pub, various seating options, and dining spaces, promoting active lifestyles through shared activities and connectivity. The memory care neighborhood contains private rooms surrounding a social core with comforting living, dining, and activity spaces.
