River Falls School District Referendum

The School District of River Falls retained Ayres to provide pre-referendum and post-referendum services for upgrades to Greenwood Elementary School, Rocky Branch Elementary School, Westside Elementary School, River Falls Public Montessori Elementary School, Meyer Middle School, and River Falls High School.
Pre-referendum services consisted of programming, developing concept plans and renderings, and assisting with graphics for community presentations and mailers for a referendum vote held April 3, 2018.
Post-referendum services consist of full architectural and engineering services for all six schools, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment services for facility improvements totaling $48 million.
