The Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin retained Ayres to design the development of a lake and fishery area, including site grading, revegetation, beach area, in-lake amenities, fishing piers meeting Americans With Disabilities Act standards, screening berms, access roads, rustic trails, electrical service, beach house, boat ramp, and parking lots.

The beach house portion included the design of a new 592-square-foot toilet and changing room facility to serve the swimming beach area. The design consisted of a structure with masonry walls and wood trusses with a metal panel roof. The facility included men’s and women’s multi-stall toilet rooms and two unisex changing rooms.

Services included concept planning, survey, layout and design, plans and specifications, and construction engineering. Construction was completed in 2015.
