Marshfield Clinic Eau Claire Campus Expansion

Marshfield Clinic retained Ayres to provide a site plan, traffic study, and survey services relating to construction of its new hospital and cancer center along Clairemont Avenue on Eau Claire’s southwest side. The hospital is designed to eventually accommodate 116 rooms.
Traffic impact analysis provided projections on the hospital’s traffic flow repercussions at several intersections, focusing particularly on the major intersection of Clairemont Avenue and Craig Road.
Site services included an environmental site assessment; boundary, ALTA, and topographical survey; and site design including underground utilities, stormwater facilities, and parking.
