Ayres worked with Lamar Partnership, Inc. (LPI), to pump new energy into downtown Lamar, a rural community of about 7,600 in southeastern Colorado. LPI’s efforts include facade updates, downtown partnerships and promotions, business climate improvement, and a focus on filling vacant spaces. Ayres assisted LPI with a work plan, partnership planning, and the formation of action teams to pursue these efforts. Our team produced a brochure and a video to explain LPI’s goals and its action teams.
