Our team worked with Silvercrest Senior Living and Winkelman Building Corporation in designing this four-story, 129,000-square-foot, 101-unit senior housing community featuring independent living, assisted living, and memory care units ranging from 400 square feet to 1,270 square feet. Layouts include studio apartments and one- and two-bedroom units.
The project features a fireplace lounge, a beauty salon, a pantry/coffee shop, multiple dining rooms, a library, a theater, a community room, an exercise facility, and underground parking with 58 heated spaces.
Our team provided preliminary design through construction administration.
