New Mexico Groundwater Resource Assessment

Ayres is providing various scenarios relating to the effects of groundwater pumping on stream flows in New Mexico. Using U.S. Geological Survey groundwater models as the base data, the models are being revised to assess various scenarios for groundwater pumping within the Middle Rio Grande Basin Aquifer in New Mexico to project the impacts groundwater withdrawals would have on stream flows. Ayres is working with subconsultant Vista Computational Technology to produce the groundwater modeling simulations.
