Camping World selected Ayres to assist with conceptual site planning and full design services for expanding two Gander Outdoors locations in Wisconsin to include Gander RV Sales.
The projects included expansion of a new site for additional fenced RV display area with landscaping.
Services included preparation of conceptual site layouts including access, RV parking, fencing circulation gates, golf cart access, and hospitality island; development of preliminary size and layout required for stormwater treatment ponds; preparation of conceptual utility plans including sanitary sewer and water main; review of the proposed conceptual plan; and identification of necessary regulatory submittals. Final site, stormwater, and utility design then followed.
