Drylock Office Building

Drylock Technologies selected Ayres to provide architectural design services for the development of a new office building. The project is a 30,000-square-foot office building with a European look. Drylock has constructed similar offices overseas, and those buildings were used as prototypes for this project.
The new building has an open concept that provides for some employees to work in cubicles and a few in enclosed offices. Other spaces include a break room, conference rooms, a kitchen/cafeteria, support areas, employee exercise area, product testing lab, and employee collaboration areas.
Services included site design, final design for the structure, interior design, structural and civil engineering services, and bidding and construction phase services.
Notable features or our work on this project include:
Multipurpose conference rooms with video conference capabilities
Full commercial kitchen with employee cafeteria
Product testing lab designed to meet Drylock’s very specific needs
Close work with Drylock’s team on all interior finishes and with furniture selection, including sit-to-stand adjustable workstations
Extensive site design that coordinated employee and freight vehicle access
Outdoor employee patio break area
