Ayres was contracted to perform design topography survey services for civil design site improvements on a 6.15-acre site. To secure project funding, an ALTA survey was needed, as commercial lenders require a survey that provides a thorough and accurate pictorial view of improvements above ground and utilities below ground. This rural site required additional leg work to locate section corners to properly tie the survey into the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
