Leading the process of developing a Main Street strategic plan, Ayres is helping describe the mission and vision of the Main Street organization while highlighting its critical relationships with other community organizations. Deliverables include an annual action plan with critical steps needed to implement short-term goals and a brochure describing the purpose and vision of the Main Street organization and how community partners can team up to drive success in encouraging people to bike, walk, and rest downtown.
