While working for engineering consultants, a state department of transportation, and a construction contractor, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of how projects get done. As manager of the Municipal Design and CEI Group in our Southeast Division, I enjoy shaping the future of our team as I mentor employee-owners and represent Ayres in the Florida marketplace. My technical and leadership experience has prepared me well to oversee our general civil engineering, water/wastewater utility engineering, and construction engineering inspection experts.
I've been responsible for managing large teams over the past two decades. My strategic and creative mindset has helped me to lead project teams and entire business units. I excel in a range of project delivery methods, including design-build highway projects and traditional design-bid-build efforts.
