Over the years, we’ve been honored to welcome some of the most talented minds in the industry to our team, and our partners benefit from their knowledge, guidance, and expertise.
"Mike and his team have done wonderful work on our all new Main Street Hayward project. From the beginning, they've taken the time to thoroughly explain project options and the related steps to a number of stakeholders, and always with a willingness to answer any questions along the way. ... Their knowledge and competence has certainly shown in a project that has received very high marks from our community, with an added bonus of completion ahead of schedule!"Chris Ruckdaschel

I bring to my work decades of broad experience in finding and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions. When I'm working with municipalities, I put communication and responsiveness first. My experience and my client relationship-building efforts help me to identify with communities and understand the underlying sensitive issues that define a project and provide the keys to success. That approach has led to successful streetscaping, water systems, stormwater management, and other projects.
I am also a Mine Safety and Health Administration certified professional, and I lead Ayres' services as we help mining firms pursue permitting and development of sites and facilities and as we help municipalities implement their NR 135 and zoning ordinances.
My areas of expertise include:
- Municipal streets and utilities
- Economic development
- Downtown streetscaping
- Municipal code interpretation
- Spur tracks
- Site designs
- Stormwater management
