I assist clients with master planning, transportation planning, public infrastructure, market feasibility, land development, landscape architecture, building design, environmental planning, utilities infrastructure design, and marine engineering.
My hands-on urban planning and design experience includes visioning, strategic plans, comprehensive plans, land use and zoning studies, ordinances, design guidelines, small-area and regional planning, corridor plans, multimodal transportation plans, smart city studies, mixed-use master plans, public spaces, waterfronts, and infill redevelopment.
