This project provided improvements for the busy Outagamie CTH CE/CTH HH intersection by replacing a two-way-stop-controlled intersection with a roundabout. Nassau County retained Ayres to provide engineering design, final plans and specifications, and construction administration for construction of a roundabout at the intersection of South 14th Street and Amelia Island Parkway, just north of the Fernandina Beach Airport.
