Jeff Siewert, PE, has joined Ayres Associates’ southeast transportation group as a senior project manager, bringing nearly 30 years of experience on Florida transportation and civil engineering projects.

Siewert’s project management and design experience includes extensive Florida Department of Transportation interchange, interstate/expressway, and multimodal/complete streets projects. His municipal project experience includes roadway, sidewalk, trail, stormwater, and streetscape design. He has managed master planning initiatives promoting pedestrian-focused transportation and community regrowth. His expertise includes wetland issues and environmental permitting. Siewert has overseen community development districts in the role of district engineer.

Based in our Tampa Hidden River Parkway office, Siewert will manage transportation and municipal projects for FDOT, cities, and counties in the region.

Siewert is a registered professional engineer in Florida. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Miami and master of science degrees in civil engineering and petroleum engineering from Tulane University.

His commitment to his profession is evident in his membership in the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Florida Engineering Society. He is also committed to the Tampa community, as shown by his service on the Davis Islands Planning Task Force and his membership and past offices in the Davis Islands Yacht Club and the Davis Islands Civic Association. He is a 2013 alumnus of the City of Tampa Mayor’s Neighborhood University.
