I am the electrical discipline leader for the Minnesota group within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing division. I build enduring relationships with clients and consulting partners as I provide electrical engineering, quality assurance/quality control, and supervision of the St. Paul electrical engineering staff.

I have experience leading teams of up to 40 people on projects involving electrical power, lighting, and systems design, including controls and instrumentation. From conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy, I've done it. And I enjoy mentoring and training members of my team as they advance their careers.

I've worked in the electrical consultant side of the industry as well as in electrical contracting and within a utility company, so I understand projects from many angles. I have been a project engineer, field engineer, project manager, engineering lead, and regional engineering lead/manager on many engineer/procure/construct projects for utilities and other clients. Grid modernization project design/development is among my specializations.
