Airport Basin North Outfall Construction Phase Services
« Return to Project SearchThe City of Loveland hired Ayres to provide construction phase services for the Airport Basin North Outfall project. The project involved installing a gravity storm sewer outfall north of Northern Colorado Regional Airport. It begins at the site of an existing detention pond on the northeast side of the airport and runs north for approximately 2,250 feet, where it outfalls just north of County Road 30 into open space. The storm sewer crosses Louden Ditch. It consists of a 3-by-8-foot and 3-by-12-foot reinforced box culvert and 24-inch to 54-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe, concrete transition structures, inlet and outlet erosion protection, and other appurtenances.
