This two-story office and retail building establishes a prominent presence on the Hudson landscape, as well as flexible spaces inside for tenants.
The 28,500-square-foot building’s brick, architectural precast stone, stucco, and glass exterior strikes a dramatic pose on the outside, while tenants enjoy peaceful views of a pond from inside or from a patio seating area behind the building.
Our team designed most of the tenant build-outs, including a variety of professional offices and a bank. The spaces feature customer-friendly reception areas, flexible conference rooms, and private offices, and the building’s design provides easy access to each tenant space.
