This project included a design topography survey and an ALTA survey. The project is in downtown Milwaukee on a half-acre site along the banks of the Milwaukee River. The field work was performed after normal working hours, adding a level of complexity and coordination for the survey of the buildings, improvements, and utilities in this urban setting. Ayres’ environmental group also performed a Phase 1 environmental site assessment at the property.
