Hudson Center

Ban Tara, LLC, retained Ayres to design two new 11,300-square-foot retail buildings to attract local and national retail tenants to a 16-acre site with highway visibility. The site along I-94 is at a busy intersection in Hudson, Wisconsin. The Hudson Center design includes multiple drive-throughs; tall glass windows; and a mixture of exterior construction, including brick, architectural precast, metal panels, and exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS).
