University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire New Student Center Site

Ayres assisted with site selection for the construction of a new student center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Working as a subconsultant to the project architect, our team focused on summarizing floodplain limitations and evaluating sanitary sewer lift station options. The new WR Davies Student Center ultimately was located south of its previous location, opening up space to design an expanded central campus area among most of the academic buildings on the campus.
