Architect’s Promotion Leads to New Responsibilities
Rita Liddell, AIA, project architect/specifications writer, has received a promotion raising her involvement in all aspects of project development, including influencing the early and conceptual phases, leading projects, providing quality assurance/quality control, and expanding her involvement in the construction phase. Liddell will have the opportunity to coordinate with subconsultants and other Ayres staff on design tasks.
As a project architect, Liddell has brought consistent quality to hundreds of projects. Clients benefit from her more than two decades of experience in architectural design on commercial, education, religious, and state-owned buildings.
Liddell enjoys working with clients to thoroughly understand what they need from a facility and then work with them to reach a design that’s economical and aesthetically pleasing. Her experience ranges from small additions to tenant build-outs and new facilities. Liddell’s clear and concise communication of complex technical information improves the efficiency of project construction.

Liddel holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University and is a registered architect in Wisconsin.
